Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn socks in their original individual packaging and secure them in a mailing bag or box to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; you will receive a notification once our warehouse has processed your refund or sent your exchange.
